[5] Weekends, I Prefer the Weekends
I just got back from San Marcos with my mom and dad today. We went to see my brother and a bunch of old family friends, and yesterday all of us went tubing on the Guadalupe River. It was fun, except it was so fucking hot, there were about a million drunk college kids yelling and jumping off trees into the water, and I ran into a clump of tree branches. Yeah.
Afterwards we all went to this restaurant called Gristmill and waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF before we sat down on wooden benches outside and ate only okay food that we could have easily gotten at Chili's. Needless to say, by the time we got back to the Bed & Breakfast we were staying at, I was asleep in about two minutes.
Today has been nothingness. I still can't believe school starts next week. I'm going to see the same people I have seen all my life, go to classes in which I somehow miss every instruction, and do the exact thing the next day.
All my life I have been planning one thing: a spontanteous, unbelievable, mental combustion in which I act crazy for a day. Not like... say stupid things or anything, but do someone totally weird and amazing at the same time. I don't know what it's going to be, but I know someday it has to happen. I can't do the same thing every day. I have to do something else for once. I need to.
On a completely different subject, my brother's kitten is possibly the cutest thing I have ever seen.
